基于光谱峰强度与无机盐浓度智能关联与分析,无需复杂预处理或对样品进行化学破坏,即可实现定型定量分析水中多种无机盐组成(Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-、CO32-、NO3-等)。
分析仪可用于无机盐类离子在线精准监测分析,为及时应对水质变化提供坚实保障。同时,具备免维护、自校正功能,可有效降低离线化验频率。
1. Ion Holographic Online Analyzer
Based on intelligent correlation and analysis of spectral peak intensity and inorganic salt concentration, this analyzer enables qualitative and quantitative analysis of various inorganic ions in water (e.g., Na⁺, K⁺, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻, CO₃²⁻, NO₃⁻) without complex pretreatment or chemical sample destruction.
It ensures precise online monitoring of inorganic salt ions, providing reliable support for rapid response to water quality changes. The analyzer also features self-maintenance and self-calibration, significantly reducing the need for offline lab testing.

平台针对固废焚烧装置进料热值不稳定、不易测量、燃烧过程复杂多变等特性,构建窑炉工业大模型,实现对窑炉温度场及关键指标趋势的精确预测,并在此基础上构建优化模型,结合APC先进控制技术,实现核心工艺指标的闭环优化控制,保证系统经济稳定运行。
4. Solid Waste Combustion Online Optimization and Advanced Control Platform
Designed for incineration systems with unstable feed calorific values and complex combustion dynamics, this platform constructs an industrial kiln model to predict temperature fields and key indicators.
